If you are doing business in PNG then you need to ensure that you are aware of and adhere to the Central Banking (Foreign Exchange and Gold) Regulation 2000. Penalties include a fine equal to 25% of the total value of the funds or property involved in the transaction and imprisonment for up to five years.
